I have an old version of Novell ELS . How do I reset the user passwords from the server? Is there any documantation still available? I lost all the manuals.

Oh wow, that's quite old.
As I can remember, you need to be connected to the server as supervisor.
Then you have to start SYSCON. In SYSCON you should be able to create, delete or modify users and passwords.
