go to www.novell.com click on DOWNLOAD SW at the top of the page. Click on CLIENT 4.8 for Windows NT/2000. if it's for Windows 98 the link is right above it. it doesn't matter what version and all the latest ones are for download and free as long as your on a novell network.

Beware ! ! !
If you are on a ZEN for desktop 2 environment, you can't remote control workstations that have NetWare Client 4.8, but you can remote control NetWare Client 4.71 and on a ZEN for desktops 3 environment its vice versa, you can't control NetWare Client 4.71 but you can remote control NetWare Client 4.8.
(Just trying to get everyone to buy ZEN for Desktops 3)
