If by retrieve you mean find out what the password is, then NetWare uses one-way encryption for passwords. There is no human readable copy of the passwords within NDS or the NetWare bindery. There are no decrypting tools available, since one-way encryption is being used and the algorythm used for that encryption a well kept secret. In the case of NDS, they don't know the algorythm themselves, since they use licensed RSA encryption algorythms.

If you have forgotten the admin password and have access to the server then search the Iternet for Burgler.zip
This is an NLM which will allow you to create a user with admin rights.
