If I recall correctly the server gets its time from the real time clock on the mainboard. This means the time comes from the bios. Down the server. Set the correct date and time in the bios and reboot starting up the server. Use "time" at the console prompt to check the time. You can use "set time" to change the time.

You better make sure that this is the only netware server on your network before you go and make a major time change. NDS relys on the correct time to sync it's replica of the NDS database.

A NW 5.1 server should be getting it's time from a Time Source server using NTP. If you set the primary time server to the correct time then unload timesync.nlm on all the secondary servers, and then reload timesync.nlm it will update the time to the correct time.

You can type in time on the console and type in the correct time. I am assuming you only have one server.

Cheers

Actually, you time "set time" followed by the correct time.

First type "time" to see the format, then type "set time" followed by the right time, using it's format.
