Novell 5.1 and Win2K Internet brownsing

We run a medium sized network consisting of Novell 5.1 and NT 4.0 servers, with Win2K, NT, and 98 clients. We are linked with the home office via a fractional T1. Our WINS servers are at the remote location. (I know this is an issue, but the corporate IT staff wants to keep it that way) The problem is that our Win2K clients can access the network, but when thay attempt connection to the internet, they can only surf to a few sites before losing the ability to browse the internet at all. If the users reboot, they are able to visit a few sites again before losing Internet functionality. (network access is unaffected) This problem is unique to the Win2K clients only: 98 and NT clients function properly. I assume this is a Win2K DNS issue, but I have been unable to resolve it to this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
