Novell 5 en IP Puro y el Servicio de Impresión

Hola: No tengo mucha experiencia en Novell y agradeceré cualquier sugerencia, acabo de migrar de Novell 4 a Novell 5 con los protocolos IP e IPX, ahora deseo eliminar el protocolo IPX, el problema es que las impresoras de la red (30) no cuentan con dispositivos JETDirect, es decir estan conectadas a las PCs (no tienen tarjeta de red) y compartidas con NPTWIN95, ya estuve revisando la documentación pero lo que yo entiendo es que NPTWIN95 funciona sobre IPX, y no sobre IP, ¿significa que mi empresa tendría que invertir en 30 dispositivos JETDirec?, ¿no hay otra forma de implementar el servicio de impresión sobre IP?

We have 30 printers shared with NPTWIN95 in the PC'S, the version that we are using is NetWare 5.1, and we want to become IP Pure. Ther are any way to share printers attached to workstation via IP (do not want to share via Microsoft client) and without to buy JetDirects? We still have MS-DOS apps that need to print to a queue.

You can add a port in the printer settings on your local clients, that way they can still print from DOS. There are other options besides JetDirect. Network printers, Intel Netport, etc.
