I am trying to locate the DOS drivers for the CD-Rom drive. I can't boot to the CD-Rom whatsoever. I have a HP NetServer LPR.

did you try going into the BIOS and putting the CD drive in the boot sequence? If you're trying to boot directly from the CD, DOS drivers won't do any good, because if you are in DOS you are already booted from the HD or floppy.
