Novell 4.11 Random freezing

Please help with Novell freezing. Daily for about 20 minutes, our novell 4.11 server with SP7 freezes with a message saying "work to do schedule took more than a minute to run". During this period, all connections to the server are lost and the console utilization display 100% cpu usage. Is there a way to check or view this schedule and possible stop it from running at this time of the day. Thanks for you help.

Also you might want to look at your cpu hog timeout and other various system settings for releasing resources, and abend event settings to make sure that your config is not part of the problem.
