Novell 4.11 Harddrive Upgrade

I have a HP Netserver with Novell 4.11 loaded on it. The server has three harddrives, 4GB a piece with RAID Level 5. Will Server Magic for Netware 4.0 allow us to break the RAID and copy the data from old harddrives to the new 9Gb harddrives and then replace the RAID?
