novell 4.1 problem

we are running novell 4.1 . Sever is running fine . All volumes are mounting . Problem is in one perticular volume only can read but can copy it is showing 0 byte free . Actuall volume size is 300mb , total data is in that volume 100 mb . If check thru FILER command it showing 200mb free but thru dir/s it is showing 0 byte free . I can't take backup in local hard disk . Only i can view. If any one knows , Pl help me out.
