I have 20Gb IDE HDD IBM. DOS partition is 512Mb. Wheh I start install NW 4.1 server, the instalation program report me about 7,6Gb free space for Novell partition. 12 Gb is lose. Please, help me to eliminate this problem!!!

You connot create more then 8GB netware patition on IDE hdd .This is limlitation of novell netware.

What disk drivers are you using? I'm assuming you using ideata.disk currently. Use IDEATA.HAM driver and a "standard" IDE controller. Try to obtain the consolidated service pack 9 from Novell´s web site
Try both options you get 20GB full hdd space.
