Novell 3.12 printing problem-Win3.1

I had setup the Novell 3.12 Server and Print Server.
I had created the print server QUEUE and printer configuration.
My printer configuration printer is set to remote LPT1 port.
I had completed the print queue serviced by printer step.
I use command rprinter to install the remote printer and capture the print queue by the command: capture q=queuename nb nff ti=1
When I do the printing from DOS prompt is perfectly okay. But when I print from Windows 3.1 with amipro or Lotus or approach and even by windows write and notepad, it print out garbages and form feeding crazyly.
