novel network log in overide

Hi I have an old compaq deskpro pentium 2,it has been used on a novel network. on boot up It requests password which i don't have. I have tried booting from a win 98 boot disk, to try and view hard drive but it must be hiden some how as you can not select any drive letter. have tried to load win 2k but just rejects cd. how can I get over log in or load new operating system?

Thanks for your reply: It was a work station running NT4, I can not access any thing,just get clr+alt+del then log in screen so how do you remove netware? PS sorry I'm no expert on these things

ctr+alt+del normally at the login screen should be a option "login workstation only" if you check this you can login to the station as administrator and remove the client.
