Hmmm. Another NW 3.12.
Set (manually) the NIC to Half Duplex and the speed of the NIC on the NW box.
Check the biding order for Services on the XP client, move IPX above TCP/IP.
Check the IPX frame type on the XP client, if set to auto then please manually select the NW Server's frame type.
Check the status of reply to the -- get the nearest server request by clients' -- on the NW box.
