I'm having a problem with a ghosted computer not authenticating Novell network users properly. It keeps giving messages "Could not initialize cryptography services... -1497"

It suggests reinstalling the NIC(Network Interface Card).
I can use the Internet on the computer, though. It just doesn't let me log into the network.
