nici ccs fatal error

I used Disk copy to make a copy of my hard drive. It showed it copied all partitions, including novell. However, when I try to boot new disk, it hangs at stage 5 after loading polimgr.nlm. It will not mount sys: I get error message nici ccs fatal error.

Did you end up putting these drives in a different machine?
If it's the same machine: It doesn't sound like it copied sys properly. Have you tried running vrepair and see what happens?
If it's a different machine: It could be a piece of hardware that netware doesn't like. Use a different disk and see if a new install completes. At least then you'll know that the computer itself is not at fault.

We tried the hard drive both on the same machine and a different one.
Also, we could not run vrepair as sys would not mount. We were frozen with error message before sys mounted.
Summary: I have one machine on the network that will give a fatal error any time someone using that machine logs out. I am running Novell 5.1, 3.2 client, Win 95. All other 200 stations are fine. Hmmmm....
