Load c:\LAN\Ethertsm.nlm
(if found on D-Link Driverdisk)
Load c:\LAN\MSM31x.NLM
(if found on D-Link Driverdisk)
Load c:\LAN\dlink220.lan name=DLINK frame=ethernet_802.2

Sorry. The last Statement should be

Bind IPX to DLINK Net=1234

Where 1234 is the unique Number of your IPX Network segment...
