Whenever I create new sub-folder on the users volume it is restricted to 25 megs and I can't change that even though I have right clicked on the folder and changed the space restrictions to unlimited. This only happens in one folder on the volume.

Size limitations are set for Volumes & Directories through the NW Administrator program. Either NWAdmin or Console One for Netware versions 4.x, 5.x and 6. If a size limit has been set through the the Administrator you will not be able to increase the size @ the folder level.
