Recently bought two laptops that came with Windows XP Home. It appears that XP and this version of Netware are not compatible. Any one know a way around this? Network is working fine. Thanks!

I just recently looked this up on Novell's site. http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10061913.htm
According to this document Novell is working on this client and won't have a beta version ready until late this year. The Novell client 4.80 with or without Support Pack 3, is not supported on Windows XP no matter what edition is used.
I think this is very remiss on Novell's part. This means that the company I work for has to put off purchasing any computers until a client is introduced that can connect an XP computer with our Novell 5 server. Very inconvenient.
We are also purchasing a new server and I am seriously considering going with Windows 2000 so that we may avoid the problem in the future.
