Let me preface this by saying I have no experience setting up Novell servers. Everything I know I have read at Novell's website or on this forum.

I have three Netware servers in my school district that were originally set up as our main file servers. Now most everything is Windows based. They are each in different locations. They have never been able to communicate properly. At this point, they are just used for curriculum specific to the building they are in. Is there a way to tell them to quit looking for each other? They send out error messages constantly. "unable to communicate with "chs"......etc.

I also would really like to eliminate as much IPX traffic on the network as possible, however, from what I read on this forum, that is not possible with 4.11. Did I understand that correctly? I know that the 4.11 server does not have an IP address configured, where the other two do.

Any guidance you can give is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Ginger
