Netware file locks

Is there a procedure for unlocking files, that show locked in Windows but not in nwadmin? I have an individual that everytime he uses adobe, his pc locks the files he is using and they don't release.

Hi JWT,
take a look at the console monitor | connections and browse that user. Look whether the file is shown there. If so, take a look at the computer of that user. Start the task manager and search for adobe processes, which are not terminated correctly.
If everything of the adobe is terminated, maybe you have a problem with file caching.
Go into Novell Client properties | Advanced Settings and check whether FILE CACHING is set to OFF.
