Netware drivers for Adaptec SLIMSCSI 1480A

I'm setting up a Laptop as a NW4.11 server, I need to get an External SCSI DAT tape unit running. I'm using an Adaptec 1480A PCMCIA Cardbus but adaptec don't have Netware drivers for it, any suggestions would be appriciated.
