I've been doing some testing of Netware 6.5 recently and decided to upgrade my "personal" server from 5.1 to 6.5 - everything went smoothly, except after the upgrade one of my volumes (a stand alone 40 gig Maxtor IDE drive) dies every time I try to access it. The pool mounts correctly and the volume mounts correctly, but then it reports a disk error. When I try to re-start and verify the disk it gets about 50% through and then dies, shutting down the volume and pool. Any ideas?

One thing noticed was that the newer ideata.ham drivers are ver critical on hardware IDE specs. I had to downgrade the drivers to regain access to the volumes. Erik
