Netware 6.0 Upgrade

We are preparing to upgrade our old box which is running Netware 6.0 with eDir (Root Server, files and print sharing, DHCP server) to Netware 6.5 w/ overlay SP2.
Does anyone know have any quick indicator as to the proper steps we should take to have a successful upgrade? We really don’t have any Novell expert on staff and would hate to crew this up. As mentioned, this is our main eDirectory server. Thanks, -YG
