netware 5.1 volume problem

hallo,
this morning my novel server had a problem. my volume deactivate and i have message on the screen "scsi bus reset still active on adapter sym53c896:10008" loop for many line.
in this server i have 2 volume for user to use, on the same hard disk. 1 failure and other can operate normally.

anyone can help me, how do i solve this problem ?

Is there only one hard disk connected to that contoller?

Check all connectors to all devices of the SCSI controller.

Have you checked the terminators at the controller and the last connected device at the SCSI cable?

If everything is checked and ok, try a vrepair.
Therefore the volume, you want to check must be dismounted, which is the case right now.

thanks Paul for your response, this morning i checked the SCSI connector like your suggestion and i replaced my SCSI cable with the new one.
so far my netware server can operate normally again.
