Netware 5.1 - Files Disappearing!

Have a wierd issue on just one of 3 Netware 5.1 servers in our enviroment - files and directories are disappearing!
Now I've checked our AV software, no log entries for the deletions that I can see. I've also had it set so that it will clean or leave alone and alert - no quarantine or delete.
Nobody has the write access to do this other then admin. I even went so far as to change my PW in case someone had gotten a hold of it.
Any settings I'm missing in NW? Could File Compression be an issue? I dont' think BackupExec is an issue either but I can't be 100% sure.

Use the salvage utility to see if the files were deleted. if not there they were moved. enable auditing. Use auditcon to filter and view file/folder deletions/moves. I doubt its the system but its a rouge user. Some backup software has a check box to delete after backup. Make sure this is not turned on.
