Folks,

complete gem which is making us all scratch our heads,

2 servers, exactly the same setup ( as above ). we receive this error in insight :

Tape Drive Status Change (5019)

so naturally we disabled TSM and arcserve ( and TSA500.NLM ) during the day, only loading them when we had backups/restores.

Numerous times through teh day ( three today on one server, and two on the error ) CIFS crashes and our users lose their connections to drives.

anyone give me any pointers? cos we've scratched our heads and banged them up against walls for hours now.
