I'm trying to run Netware on intel SE7501BR2 motherboard 1x10K Segate SCSI ULTRA320. Instalation runs smoothly. Afther the reboot
the system hangs because of a CPU Hog.
I used ver 1.1 and 2.0 drivers from adaptec.com (http://adaptec.com/worldwide/support/driverdetail.html?sess=no&language=English+US&cat=/Product/ASC-29320-R&filekey=u320_fms300_nw.exe).
The readme says that netware 4.2 sp9 is supported. But i can,t install it because the system hangs. I tried to boot without the scsi module and load it manually but 2 minutes afther mounting SYS netware hangs.I tried to installed netware on ide disk, installed sp9 loadet the scsi driver (ADPU320.HAM), made netware partition and a volume mounted it and there ware no problems.
So the driver seems to run ok with sp9.Can anyone tell me how to install sp9 on that scsi disk?
Maybe there is an option for mount to supress executing of any startup scripts ?Hyper-threading is disabled.
I tried also to disable cpu hog detection but it didn't help the system just frezed.BTW. Sorry for my bad english.

Go to http://developer.novell.com/devres/storage/drivers/index.html and click on Update YOur NetWare 3.12 or 4.11 Server to Work With NWPA, then download the NWPA Update Package and follow the instructions for an already-installed server. Use the ADPU320.HAM driver where it asks for a .HAM file.
