Netware 3.12 - Long File Names

I know that there's a patch to update netware to accept long file names... where would i get it, and since i'm unfamiliar w/netware, could someone explain how i would get the file on the local c drive (it's our network server, and we only have a 't' drive mapped...
you have to load something called OS2 namespace: Load OS2.NAM ADD NAME SPACE OS2 TO VOLUME volumename you may have to download os2.nam

Ok... i just downloaded nam312.exe which supposedly has os2.nam in it...
i downloaded it to my 98 box...
in simple terms (i really appreciate this!!) could someone discribe what steps i hafta take to put this file onto the server (i can use a floppy on the server) and how i "load" the file...
at the server, the screen says (guessing it's a prompt)

Type "down" at the "Laser:" prompt (server console) to bring the server down to dos. Extract your nam312.exe on your WinBox and put os2.nam on a floppy. Take floppy to server and type:
cd\ copy a:\os2.nam c:\nwserver\os2.nam
assuming nwserver is the directory that Netware was installed to.
then following previous intructions on adding name space to volume.
