Netware 3.12 and Login Problems

Hello...
we are using an Novell Netware 3.12 Server 5 Win9X Clients and 2 Win3.11 Clients.
Since we are using an NT 4 Workstation, we got problems that an 3.11 client could not login. All Win9x or Nt Clients log in without any problems.
When i look at the connection information there are enough not logged in points free.
I tried to delete this points and the 3.11 client could log in.
This client is also able to login when any other client logs out.
I hope anbody is able to help me.

This sounds exactly like a licensing issue!

But basically, you're saying that IF someone logs off, then you can log in.

Going and looking at "connections" you see a ton of open available connections, but that doesn't mean you have enuff licenses...
