I am looking for a Netware 3.1.1 Client Boot Disk. I accidentally deleted it from the machine which runs DOS.

If you have Netware 3.11 Server Setup floppies, you can create novell client boot files.

procedure : Run setup, choose client installtion, instead of server installation.
