Hello,

We have an annoying problem with our printjobs. We have about 200 NDPS networkprinters on our server (Netware 6 Server Version 5.60.05). We use all HP printers varying from Laserjet 1300n to Laserjet 4200n. Sometimes printjobs doesn't come out of the printer. The jobs stays in the printqueue. When we manually shutdown and restart the printer via iManager the printer continues printing. This is very strange and annoying because we get this problem about 5 times a day on different printers. Most problems exist on a HP Laserjet 1300n, 2100n and 2200n.
Can somebody help me with this problem or give some suggestions?

Thanks!

This usually happens if the printer is configured to use A4 pages and the user is sending a LETTER size job.
Try configuring the printer, via the jetadmin (or web jetadmin) utility, to automatically override paper size and type and also set "auto continue" to on.
