Ndps printers

First of all lets say that I have client 4.83 SP1. On my client station I have win2k with SP3. I cannot add NDPS printers using Printer Manager? Eventhough I have about 20 NDPS printers in my tree, printer manager does not see them.
Second question. How can my users add their own printers in win2k with users rights?

This one is pretty simple, I know from experience. At some point in time Novell decided that it would be smart to install NDPS by default. Then they changed there mind. Reinstall the novell client using a custom install and make sure NDPS is selected.
