NALEXPLD Cannot Launch

I have 6 Netware 5.1 server setup in 1 NDS tree. Workstation Policy has been reated for the user, and NALEXPLD.exe is running automatically using workstation and user policy. When Deskop is disable using the user policy, it cannot launched Nalexpld.exe Client OS is NT 4.0 and Win2000 and Netware clients is Novell client 4.71 and 4.83 SP1. Boths version is not working. That is only happens to only 1 server but the rest of the server are working Fine. And Advise
