Can anybody guide me, how to configure the second processor which was installed after installing the OS, in step by step manner?

go to netware's web site and look up loading the smp module.
But I can tell you Netware does not benefit from multiple processors. Netware kernel operations only run on processor 0.
Supposedly the tcp/ip stack is multiprocessor enabled but in my testing I found no difference in performance.
Only if you are running a multiprocessor application is there a benefit to multiprocessors on Netware.

With NetWare 5.1, it is true that the NetWare kernel doesn't make complete use of multiple processors, but NetWare 6.0 and later do. If you load ACPIDRV.PSM or MPS14.PSM before loading anything else (like the first line in your STARTUP.NCF file), that's all you should need.
