i want to migrat from 3.12 to 5.00 does any one know is it possible or not? if it's possible, how would be happend to my licence on 3.12 can i migrate my licens to 5.00 too or i should buy new license for 5.00?

You can migrate from 3.12 to 5. Is your server powerfull enough to run Novell 5.0? You should contact your Novell reseller for upgrading your license, or check the website of Novell. Sometimes Novell has a special offer to upgrade to Novell 6.
