All of branch office computers usually remoted using s/w Remote Administrator, our server is running Novell Netware and each client has map their drive to F:\SERVER\SYS, when the client in branch office running XP Pro and being remoted from head office, the host computer could not found the mapping drive (F), but it appear normally if the client O/S running win9x or xp home. Does anyone experience the same thing?

I understand that you cannot remotely see the mapping of drive F:, but can you locally see that mapping? Does it actually exist?
Also, can you slip out to the command prompt and use the "MAP" or "MAP ROOT" command to manually map this drive? Does it appear after doing that? If it does, then add that command to the login script and that should fix your problems.
