Lost supervisor password for NW 3.2

Help! We have a netware 3.2 server that has been out of commission for a couple of years and we have lost the supervisor password!
We can make use of this server, but it is basically useless without supervisor access. We are unable to write to any of the drive space in it and will need to rebuild netware on it if we can not find any way around this.
