i m using netware client on win2000. problem is that when i login with the netware login screen,immediately after login, a windwows login screen pops up. i want to remove that windows 2000 login screen. can any of the techies out there help me. thanx in advance.

First, if the script has any error, the script window remains open. Otherwise go to the propieties of the window (is like a Dos window) and mark the "Close on exit" box.

Look at your Netware login screen under the Windows NT/2000 tab and make sure that the Local username is the same that the one you use for login into Novell.

On your network if you run more then 1 Win2k pc. You can run a ZenWorks winnt workstation pol and all is good...or you can enable Autoadminlogin as weelll. email me for more info

Thibodeau has it right. Your Novell login name and password are different from your Win2k Login and password. Sychronize the two or you will get two screens everytime you login!
