Huh? You had a CD, and it got damaged. Now you need a "License" copy of the CD? Is that a CD that loads a set amount of licenses when it installs? I've never heard of that. Sorry, I've only seen licenses on floppy disk. Maybe you can call Novell and get a replacement CD.
