Can intruder protection be turned off for just one user?

In its first inception Intruder detection was server based, with eDirectory (formally NDS) it allowed container based control. But I've never seen anyway to disable it for any single object/user.
So you may just wish to move that user to another container and leave an alias object in the origina container just to make the users life easier.
