I noticed that new PC doesn't come with floppy disk when i tried to install Novell 5.1 they told me i should use the floppy drive to install..,so i couldn't install 5.1 novell and because i really want to practice on installing Novell and i know the last version now 6.5 but because i don't want to go through the same problem i got with 5.1 how i can a void that the instructions for version Novell 5.1 and version Novell 6.5 neither one of them says that we should use the floppy disk does 6.5 deal different and doesn't require floppy drive, i went to best buy all new computers don't come with floppy drives the expensive ones and the cheapest ones, i already bought two books to figure this problem but they pass this without any mentioning to this problem please help me

The only way that comes to mind is to copy the entire NW 5.1 CD to a PC with a CD burner & a floppy drive (oh yes you will need a floppy drive as the license come on a floppy disk) and then make an extra foler in there for the license. Burn a CD and boot off it.

You only really need a floppy for the license file on a Netware server installation. Even that isn't really necessary.
You can boot off the CDROM to install Netware and choose the option to "install license later" when asked. You might need to consult those books of yours or www.novel.com/documentation to figure out how to install the licenses post-install.
The floppy is definately NOT a critical part of the installation process.
