Imitating IPX with TCP/IP

CPU/Ram: 2.3GHz, 512Mb RAM

Living on a Uni campus and on its network, its "ill-advised" to try and install IPX protocols. But me and a few friends want to play Good ole RedAlert2. Which of course needs IPX to run over the LAN. Is there anyway to fake the IPX required? Convince RA2 thats its running with IPX when its using TCP/IP. Preferably without paying
