CPU/Ram: Intel P4 2ghz, 256MB

Sometimes when I click on some of the icons in Zenworks 4.01 Application Launcher, the system would freeze, and I have to reboot the system. It does happen on 30% of the systems, all the systems are Dell optiplex GX260, with windows 98SE and all have the same applications. The question is; what is causing that? And is there a solution for it?
