How to update arcserve license

we install arcserve 2000 on a netware 4.2 server without license. After we bought the license, how should we do to update the license. Thanks for suggestion.

If ArcServe 2K is like past versions in the way of it's license, that was done with product (module) keys @ the time ArcServe along with the Agents were installed the first time. Try inserting the Install CD and see if there is just an option for installing licenses. The CD I am talking about is the one that the Main install of ArcServe and Workstation Administrator is done from.

I had to call them and they gave me a different serial number / license to get it running.
