How to read Abend.log from 5.0 ?

I have an Abend on a 5.00 Server on my own NLM.

How can I read the Abend?

ANY help would be a great start.

Abend 2 on P00: Server-5.00k: Page Fault Processor Exception (Error code 00000000)

NAV also did an abend with a "Page Fault Processor"

(From abend log) Abend 9 on P00: Server-5.00k: Page Fault Processor
Exception (Error NAVENG.NLM Symantec AntiVirus NAVENG External Module

How do I resolve the cause of the ABEND to prevent it in the future ?
