I have zapped my win2000 OS deleted the dos partitions in order to use the PC for Novel 4.1 as a server. I adjusted the bios to boot from the CD so it installs novel 4.1. However, it didn’t detect the cd-rom. I ended up with a message "ERROR LOADING OPERATION SYSTEM" When I boot the PC. How can I install novel 4.1?

Thanks!

NetWare 4.x does not come in bootable cd's. You'll have to create a floppy bootdisk, make sure you include commands for your CD-Rom to load. Once at the c: prompt, switch over to the d: drive if that's your cd-rom, type install and you're off!

I've heard you can use the license disk for a bootdisk, but this has never worked for me. If you are having problems building a bootdisk, find a website using google that you can use to download a bootdisk.
