I would like to run Zen for remote desktop management. Are there 2 seperate install pieces, 1 for server, (Manager) and 1 for workstation, (Agent)? I have agent 4.0 on the workstation. Do I run remote desktop from consoleone and is the agent the rmote desktop's IP address? Thanks for any help.

This is a little broad but I think you might want to read up on zenworks a bit. http://www.novell.com/documentation/lg/zdpr/index.html Anyway...To get remote management working in any version of zenworks, you first have to import the workstation into edirectory (NDS). In zen3 and above you need a hostname that resolves to "zenwsimport" in whatever domain you use internally. Eg., zenwsimport.testtree.company. On login, zenworks should automatically run the "wsreg32.exe" file from the piublic directory and import the workstation automatically. You also need a policy defining the rules for remote control and workstation import (see documentation) and the correct files to be installed on the server.
