How many active connections?

I have a 25 user license on my NetWare 4.11 sp9 server. I am currently using all 25 licenses according to the Monitor screen. When I go in Connection Information, I am counting 30 logins, and I'm not counting the logins with the asterisc. In that list, I see several printers using 2 licenses, and my server's BackupExec is taking up 3 licenses. Does anyone have any ideas?

Not all logins use a licensed connections, if my memory severs me correctly, the ones with an asterix are licensed connections, have not used this for a while as all our servers have unlimited licences.
