How add an icon to NAL ?

How to add an icon into NAL ? I have installed an application on user local PC but this program is not available in NAL and due tue the user can not start the application. How to add and shortcut to this application to NAL for this one user ? _____________________

What version of ZEN are you using? Mmm. You seem to have a conflict in system requirements. This can cause the icon to not appear. In both console 1 and nwadmin you should configure the icon to appear even if the requirements are not met. Once the icon appears in the applicaiton launcher, right click and select properties. One of the tabs will explain what system requirement has not been met. Rob
